Lake Quivira Country Club completed: 19xx The renovation is all about the view, with walls of glass on all three levels and a curved casual dining space as part of the addition. The addition is designed to complement rather than overwhelm the building, and although it is visibly new, design elements mimic the style of the existing building: textured stucco walls, arched doorways, red tile roof, and wrought iron trim. We designed the interior to uncover and recreate original details and use colors and materials appropriate to the Spanish Eclectic style. The project recently won the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award. |
