Rivergate completed: 19xx The Rivergate Business Center is a sensitive combination of two restored buildings with a 20,000 square foot addition and a parking structure for 300 cars. This project, which is now on the National Historic Register, houses 120,000 square feet of tenant space and features a six-story atrium. In addition to designing the building itself, Shaw Hofstra + Associates continues to provide space planning and tenant finish plans for most of the building's tenants. |
